Each student in the Fall 2019 INLS 690-230: Disability Informatics & Information course was responsible for one “chapter” or “module” (below). The modules included two main sections: first a spotlight on a specific disability, and second, a resource on providing some sort of information resource related to that disability, or intended for people with that disability.

Choose at least of two of these modules to review and if you want to take notes, use the CEDI worksheet for this part. Some questions to keep in mind are:
Why are these modules important? Are they often taught? Do you think offering these types of modules in your library would be helpful?

- How can community look different across varying physical and digital spaces?
- In what ways can the library help disabled communities feel welcomed and supported? Does your library do these things?
